U.S. Shipping & Import Policy

At LANDOL, we aim to make shopping for Korean products from the United States simple and transparent. Our U.S. pricing and shipping structure is designed to account for the costs associated with international delivery and import processing whenever applicable.

U.S. Pricing

Prices displayed for customers in the United States may differ from prices offered in Korea or other markets.

U.S. prices may reflect costs associated with international fulfillment, shipping, import processing, and other expenses related to delivering products from Korea to the United States.

The price displayed for the U.S. market is therefore not necessarily a direct currency conversion of the Korean retail price.

Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped from Korea to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees under applicable U.S. regulations.

Where LANDOL arranges prepaid customs clearance, applicable import-related costs may be incorporated into the U.S. price or otherwise collected as part of the order.

Our goal is to minimize unexpected charges when your order arrives.

For orders where applicable duties and import charges have been prepaid by LANDOL, customers will generally not be required to pay the same charges again upon delivery.

However, customs assessments may vary depending on the product classification, country of origin, declared value, changes in applicable regulations, or decisions made by U.S. customs authorities. In exceptional circumstances, additional charges may apply.

Shipping Charges

International shipping costs may be fully or partially incorporated into U.S. product pricing.

If an additional shipping charge applies to your order, the applicable amount will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Any offer marked “Free Shipping” means that no separate standard shipping charge will be added to eligible orders at checkout. Eligibility and any applicable conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Orders Shipped Within Korea

U.S.-specific pricing, international shipping costs, and U.S. import-related costs do not apply to orders delivered within Korea.

Customers ordering for delivery within Korea will be charged according to the pricing and shipping terms applicable to the Korean market.

Orders to Other Countries

Orders shipped to countries other than the United States or Korea may be subject to different pricing, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs requirements.

Any import charges not expressly stated as included or prepaid by LANDOL may be the responsibility of the recipient, subject to the laws and customs regulations of the destination country.

Customs Information

To facilitate international shipping and customs clearance, LANDOL may provide necessary order information—including product description, country of origin, declared value, and recipient information—to shipping carriers, customs authorities, and other parties involved in processing the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and recipient information where required for customs clearance.

Changes to This Policy

International shipping requirements, customs regulations, duties, and carrier procedures may change from time to time.

LANDOL reserves the right to update U.S. pricing, shipping methods, and this policy to reflect changes in applicable regulations, carrier requirements, or operating costs.

Any applicable pricing and shipping charges will be presented before an order is completed.

Order processing & tracking

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Some beauty items are sourced from Korean retailers after your order is placed and may need an extra 3–7 business days before they ship; where an order mixes items, we send everything together unless you ask otherwise.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the item and destination and is shown in your tracking. Tracking can pause for several days while a parcel moves between countries or clears customs — this is normal. If tracking has shown no movement for 30 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address will be re-sent at the customer's cost.

We ship to the United States, Korea and most other countries, except destinations our carriers do not serve or where import restrictions apply to cosmetics. If checkout will not accept your country, contact us before ordering.
