Orders ship from Seoul, Korea. Most destinations receive their parcel in 7–14 business days once it leaves our hands. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Yes—international shipping is free on orders over USD $60. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout by destination.
Duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the order total. Most of our items are small household goods and fall under common de minimis thresholds, but the final call belongs to your customs office.
A few products—mostly beauty items we buy directly from Korean retailers such as Olive Young—are purchased only after your order comes in. Sourcing adds roughly 3–7 business days before the parcel ships, and shipping those items separately costs more, so we group them with the rest of your order wherever we can. Product pages mark these items so you know before you buy.
